Mental Health being one of the most controversial topics in today’s day and age was taken up by six for all as their second project. Small steps every day was a project focussed on the mental health’s of young adults from families just like us. We took the smallest step we could as a Non profit organisation by providing the youth with a platform to anonymously confess their feelings, ask questions and seek help from a professional psychologist.
Six for all with a certified mental health coach, Ms Tanya Chaddha hosted two live sessions answering the questions our followers very courageously put forward.
